Pre Heat the oven on 200 degrees. Make very thin slices from the King oyster mushroom (the thinner the better). Spread them on the oven plate, sprinkle the liquid smoke, smoked paprika and salt to taste. They are ready to put in the oven. You have to make sure they dry out. You can leave it for a while until you see they are crispy and brown.

Crumble them over a salad

Just so gooooood!!
